About Me

I am an evidence-based Chiropractor practicing out of clinics in the Beach and North York in Toronto.

My goal is to relieve pain and give my patients the means to function at their optimal level and maintain their health.  I do this by:

Offering longer appointment times so that you have the time you need to be heard and I have the time to understand your goals and how best to meet them.

• Always providing education on your condition. Ensuring you understand what is going on in your body and how you can apply self-management strategies.

Demonstrating and assigning rehabilitative exercises that are tailored specifically for your condition and lifestyle activities so that you are able to maintain results.

Walking you through every part of the treatment and recovery, ensuring that you are comfortable with the plan and the progress you are making.

Offering a hands-on approach to healing in every session, which means I maximize the amount of time you have one-on-one contact with me instead of machines.

I am a strong advocate for active rehabilitation and patient-centered care — with the objective to empower my patients to take control of their health.

Certifications and courses:

I am a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where I received Magna Cum Laude Distinction. I interned for six months with a Sports Fellow, studying peripheral nerve entrapments and the intricacies of their diagnosis and treatment as well as treatment of the TMJ (Jaw). This background has contributed to my special interest in nerve entrapments, chronic neuropathies and concussions - an area in which I continue to take continuing education courses to further my knowledge. I have also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University.
